Q. What are the delivery charges? A. We do not charge any delivery cost from our customers, our all products are available with free delivery. Q. What are the estimated delivery times? A. We deliver your order within 7-10 working days to all over the united states of america. Q. On which days is delivery not available? A. We don’t deliver on Public, national or bank holidays. Q. Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has been placed? A.Order has been placed but not dispatched. Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team on Support@Rasmee.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer few security questions before we can make any changes to your order. Order has been placed and dispatched. Once the order has been placed and dispatched, for we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and our policies are made to provide better shopping experience for all our customers. - RETURN POLICY
Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
Payment refunds & return will be applicable only in case incorrect products are delivered.
- Rasmee will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer. ( Since most of our items are Handmade the Global Acceptance Standard for Size/color Variations i.e. maximum 2% ( +/-) be considered normal by the customer)
It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
You can Email Us at Support@Rasmee.com within 10 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
We try to dispatch orders in shortest possible time normally it is 8hrs after receipt of order. Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
- REFUND POLICY
The refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 2-3 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
