RETURN POLICY

Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (Support@Rasmee.com ) within 24 hrs. of the product received by the customer.

Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.

Payment refunds & return will be applicable only in case incorrect products are delivered.

Rasmee will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer. ( Since most of our items are Handmade the Global Acceptance Standard for Size/color Variations i.e. maximum 2% ( +/-) be considered normal by the customer)

It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.

Exchanges:

Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size if wrong product is delivered.

Return Intimation:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We try to dispatch orders in shortest possible time normally it is 8hrs after receipt of order. Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
